What You'll Do

Customer & Program Success

• 🔥 Drive manufacturing performance to meet or exceed On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• 🤝 Collaborate with Planning to establish build plans aligned with backlog, forecasts, and historical data.
• ⚠️ Monitor backlog and adjust operations to prioritize high-priority orders and reduce risks.

Team Leadership

• 👥 Lead a multi-site operations team with 3–5 direct reports.
• 🎯 Hire, train, and develop production talent at all levels.
• 📈 Align workforce planning and labor utilization with current production demands.

Productivity & Continuous Improvement

• 📝 Ensure accurate execution of documented work instructions and promote best practices.
• 🔧 Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and repeatability.
• 💡 Lead Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects to improve throughput and quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• 🤝 Partner with Procurement to optimize material flow and prevent shortages.
• 🛠️ Work closely with Engineering to support new product development and prototyping.
• 📊 Coordinate with Sales to scale operations proactively ahead of demand.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business (Master’s preferred).
• 🛠️ 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• 💻 Fluency in ERP/MRP systems—Glovia ERP experience is a plus.
• 📊 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 🗣️ Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• ✈️ Ability to travel to Mexico-based facilities once per quarter.
