Summary:
The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success.
- Develop strategies for automating manual processes to improve Mail-In KPI Metrics, including (but not limited to), Turnaround Time, Return Rate, NTF Rate, Repair Bounce, and Net Promoter Score.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for revenue/reduced costs and profitability.
- Develop service strategies, quality improvement plans, cost saving initiatives and budgets.
- Ensure that customer negotiated commitments are achieved according to plan.
- Parts forecasting and risk management
- Oversight of all data activities/analytics
- Automate reporting build dashboard
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive experience in operations or billing management or a relevant field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, data analysis tools).
