Linx Security Is Hiring An Operations Coordinator
Join our dynamic team as we expand our U.S. operations! We're seeking a talented bilingual (Hebrew/English) professional based in New York or New Jersey to lead and manage our U.S. presence while collaborating closely with our Israel-based leadership.
What We’re Looking For 🚀
We want a highly capable, resourceful, and bilingual (Hebrew/English) professional to serve as the operational engine for our U.S. activities. This role is primarily remote but requires proximity to our Manhattan office for weekly on-site logistics and occasional travel for strategic meetings and major company events. You'll play a vital role supporting our local Co-Founders and ensuring the smooth execution of our U.S. operations.
Responsibilities 📝
Office & U.S. Operations
- Own and manage day-to-day U.S.-based operations
- Manage onboarding and offboarding equipment (laptops, accessories, swag)
- Support U.S. employees during local working hours
- Serve as the primary operational contact for U.S.-related needs
People Operations
- Oversee U.S. employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams in Israel
- Manage relationships with vendors (payroll, benefits, 401k, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation and process execution for U.S. employees
Finance & Customer Operations 💰
- Send customer invoices in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Manage collections and follow-ups on customer payments
- Handle U.S.-related expenses, including travel and reimbursements
- Support compliance with internal travel & expense policies
Events, Travel & Marketing Support 🎉✈️
- Lead planning and execution of annual company events (e.g., Linx Anniversary)
- Support quarterly Sales Kickoff events
- Assist with conference logistics and on-site support
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event-related logistics
Logistics & Procurement
- Manage swag inventory and distribution
- Oversee computer procurement, tracking, and distribution in the U.S.
- Ensure operational readiness for new hires and events
- Supervise travel and expense processes
What You’ll Bring 🌟
- Fluent Hebrew speaker
- Proximity to NY/NJ
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, people operations, or office management within a global startup environment
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows independently
- Comfort working across different time zones and with remote leadership
- Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
