Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure seamless distribution.
- Procurement & Sourcing: Coordinate supplier management, negotiate contracts, and secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Logistics Optimization: Use TMS and WMS to plan, track, and optimize routes and inventory movements.
- Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Freight & 3PL Management: Manage freight forwarding, NVOCC, and third-party logistics providers for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Demand Planning & Scheduling: Support production and inventory management using ERP systems like SAP or AS400.
- Data Analysis: Leverage SQL queries and analytics tools to guide decision-making and enhance operational performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Data & System Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Tableau, WMS, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, AS400), and TMS.
- Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse distribution, materials handling, and shipping procedures.
- Procurement Expertise: Vendor management, contract negotiations, and category management experience.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of conducting root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Technical Knowledge: Mechanical understanding of warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Korean.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Less than 3 years of experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Korean.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Willingness to expand knowledge in the logistics industry.
Compensation & Work Location 💼
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
