Responsibilities 📝
- Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
- Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork
- Arrange for shipment pickups, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the company
- Respond promptly to customer/client inquiries, resolve issues, and report service concerns to supervisors
- Promote and encourage safe work practices among colleagues
- Coordinate daily cycle counts and follow up on variances
- Provide weekly report updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, but training is provided for all levels
- Basic computer skills for report data collection
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow supervision, and good communication skills
- 🤝 Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
