• Base Salary: $70,000

We are currently hiring a bilingual Korean/English Operations & Business Development Lead to expand our referral partner network, enhance client relationships, and manage daily business operations.

This role offers high ownership, working directly with leadership within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🏢 Work Environment

This is a hybrid role combining:

• Office collaboration
• Remote work flexibility
• In-person networking

Responsibilities include attending networking events, business lunches, happy hours, seminars, and building relationships outside the office.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with referral partners
• Attend industry networking meetings (~2 days/week)
• Expand CapitalSource’s Korean-American referral network
• Maintain organized client and referral partner communication
• Support daily business coordination and follow-up
• Coordinate communication with borrowers and referral partners
• Manage social media, YouTube, and Korean-language content distribution
• Assist in building company systems and processes as the business grows

🔑 Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Professional fluency in both Korean and English

• Experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, finance, hospitality, recruiting, client services, retail, or business operations
• Experience working directly with customers or clients
• Comfortable learning new systems

No prior mortgage experience is necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.
