Role Description

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Edison, NJ. We offer a flexible schedule combining in-office and remote work, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balance between career advancement and personal or family commitments.

The Operations & Administrative Associate will act as a vital "organizational hub," managing daily administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, and social media presence, all while ensuring seamless communication across linguistic boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Oversee administrative processes, manage office workflows, and support invoicing activities.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting top talent to grow our team.
  • Social Media & Branding: Maintain and update social media platforms to boost engagement and enhance brand awareness.
  • Bilingual Communication: Serve as a primary translator and liaison, providing high-level written and verbal translation between English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
  • Client Relations: Support client-facing interactions to ensure exceptional service and professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in a US business environment preferred. Familiarity with US business practices is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Trilingual/Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with fluency in spoken and written communication.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office productivity software.

Compensation & Location
