Operations & Administrative Assistant 🚀

This full-time, hybrid role based in Edison, NJ offers flexibility and a dynamic work environment where you will support various organizational functions ensuring smooth communication across diverse teams.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Manage administrative workflows, support invoicing processes, and assist Chinese companies in localizing products for the U.S. market.
  • Recruiting: Facilitate hiring activities including candidate communication, interview coordination, and screening. Sales-related hiring experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Communication: Serve as a translator and liaison, providing high-level written and spoken translation between English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
  • Social Media & Branding: Manage and update the company's social media platforms to boost engagement and brand presence.
  • Client Relations: Support client-facing activities to deliver exceptional service and maintain professional communication.

🎯 Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience preferred; background in business operations, administration, recruiting, sales support, or printing industry is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with native-level proficiency in Chinese and strong professional English communication skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and basic document management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with clients, candidates, vendors, and team members.

💰 Compensation & Location
