🎯 Job Summary

In collaboration with the Director of the Department of Pediatrics, the Operations Administrator is responsible for implementing key operational components aligned with strategic objectives. This role focuses on enhancing access, throughput, workflow efficiency, patient experience, and compliance initiatives. You will manage daily subspecialty activities and administrative tasks to promote effective operations, oversee business functions such as scheduling, revenue cycle, and performance monitoring, and participate in financial processes. Additionally, the position involves exercising administrative judgment and, when necessary, serving as the acting Director.

📝 Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• Experience: 7+ years as a Practice Manager overseeing multiple offices
• Leadership: Supervisory experience is a must
