Current Job Opening: Russian OLA (Level 3)

We are seeking a qualified Russian OLA (Level 3) candidate for a position at Fort Meade, MD, near Columbia, MD.

Requirements & Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly
• Experience: 10 years of full-time experience or 14 years without a degree
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4 years of work experience
• Language Skills: ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic; 3 in Listening and Reading (may be required)
• Crypto Language Processing Experience: 10 years in crypto language processing, related languages, and/or crypto work such as target development, network analysis, drafting intelligence reports, speaker/language identification
• Experience in Crypto Language Processing: At least 6 of the 10 years must be in crypto language processing (above Level 2) plus quality control (QC’ing) and mentoring
• Language Experience: 6 of 10 years must be in the required language(s)
• Translation/Transcription: 3 of 6 years in translating, transcribing, and gisting
• Quality Control: 1 year experience QC’ing at ILR level 3 in the target language
• Reporting: No more than 3 years out of 10 reporting as the primary duty
• Recent Language Experience: 1 of 6 years in the target language within 6 years of resume submission
