Acclaim Technical Services Is Hiring An Operational Language Analyst

Join our team as an Operational Language Analyst - Russian (Level 2) and contribute to vital Defense and Homeland Security efforts in Annapolis Junction, MD. 🚀 This role focuses on processing voice and graphic language materials to support SIGINT Operations.

Position Overview

As an Operational Language Analyst, you will perform a variety of tasks leveraging your language skills to support national security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include translating, transcribing, and analyzing complex language materials to extract essential information.

Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Translating and/or transcribing complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material
• 🔍 Gisting complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material
• 🔑 Recovering essential elements of information
• 🗣️ Rendering translations and/or transcripts based on straightforward, factual written and/or spoken material
• 📝 Gisting straightforward written and/or spoken material

Required Education & Experience

• 🎓 Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• 🎓 Associate of Arts (AA)/Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent
• 📈 Performance at ILR skill level 3 in audio translation and/or text translation from the required language into idiomatic, standard American English, or a similar level in listening and/or reading on the DLPT
• 🗝️ The equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in cryptologic operations, performing language processing in the required language(s)
• 🔄 In lieu of an Associate's degree, an additional two (2) years of directly related, practical work experience may be substituted
• ⏳ Up to one (1) year of the four (4) years can involve reporting as the primary duty
• 🗓️ At least two (2) years of the four (4) years' experience must be within four (4) years of resume submission for work on the contract
