Teaching Opportunities Available In The Following Subjects

• Foreign Languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Russian (for adult learners)
• Mandarin Chinese: K-8 learners
• ESL: Adult and K-5 learners
• Math: K-12 learners

What You'll Be Doing

• Commit to and maintain consistent availability for teaching individual learners or small groups online.
• Familiarize yourself with language-learning teaching modules and enhance the provided materials with additional resources tailored to your learners' needs and interests.
• For subjects without provided materials (e.g., math tutoring), prepare and customize instruction based on learners' needs.
• Track all lessons, assignments, and learner progress.
• Share updates and progress reports with the appropriate staff members.
• Deliver exceptional learning experiences and outcomes.
• Encourage student engagement, motivation, and progress.
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally with learners, parents/guardians, and team members.
• Maintain high professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Expertise in the subject matter.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• Previous online teaching experience.
• Experience in curriculum development or editing preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Access to a computer, webcam, and microphone with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for exploring new tools.
• Minimum availability of 4-10 hours per week, depending on the program.
• Enthusiastic, open-minded, and positive attitude.
• Compassionate, confident, and respectful approach to leadership.
• Strong time management and critical-thinking abilities.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Screening.
