Atlas Search LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse who speaks Chinese to join an outpatient oncology practice in the vibrant New York Metropolitan area. If you are passionate about patient care and oncology, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities 🩺

• Assess and diagnose patients within a clinical setting.
• Identify outcomes, implement treatments, and coordinate comprehensive care.
• Perform and assist with oncology and radiation-related treatments, therapies, and procedures.
• Establish expected outcomes for patients’ individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and coordinate all aspects of care delivery.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families about health needs, healthcare activities, immunizations, medication effects, and contraindications.
• Address specific needs of oncology and radiation patients using specialized knowledge and expertise.
• Identify medication and solution incompatibilities, ensuring stability and safety.
• Perform facility acuity coding by selecting appropriate service levels, documenting clinical information accurately, and supporting the chosen level of care.

Requirements ✅

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current NY RN Licensure is mandatory.
• Fluency in Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
• Previous oncology experience is required.

Note: The annual base salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000. Final compensation will depend on location, experience, education, and skills. Bonus eligibility details will be provided upon offer.
