We are seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist fluent in French to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for our clients and support our continued growth.

Note: This is a full-time remote role, but candidates must be based in Europe to collaborate effectively with the team and support clients. Please only apply if located in Europe.

About the Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist (French-speaking), you will play a vital role in guiding new clients through their initial experience with Hostaway, specifically for the French market. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless transition onto our platform, setting the foundation for long-term success. A passion for customer engagement and outstanding service, along with expertise in all Hostaway products, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective onboarding processes for new French-speaking customers, ensuring smooth transitions and strong foundations for their success.

  • Conduct tailored training sessions and product demonstrations for French-speaking clients, promoting a thorough understanding of our features.

  • Develop customized onboarding materials and resources in French and English.

  • Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with French-speaking clients throughout onboarding.

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline onboarding procedures.

  • Monitor and report on onboarding effectiveness, gathering customer feedback and utilizing metrics to enhance processes.

  • Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients during onboarding, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or success within SaaS.

  • Native-level French and English proficiency is required. Support will be provided in French, with English as the internal primary language.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to create positive first impressions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills in both French and English.

  • Adaptability to new technologies and a fast-paced work environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with critical thinking abilities.
