Join Our Team: Onboarding Manager (US)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Onboarding Manager to lead customer onboarding efforts across the United States. This vital role involves managing a small team and working closely with various departments to ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding process that delivers rapid value to our customers. 🚀

What You'll Do 🎯

• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, from post-signature handoff to onboarding closure.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 onboarding specialists to achieve excellence.
• Guide and oversee technical deployment, configuration, and activation during onboarding processes.
• Deliver and support technical onboarding and product training for customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding procedures, identify at-risk onboardings, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as an escalation point during onboarding, collaborating with Support and R&D as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales and PSMs to align expectations, scope, and customer readiness.
• Educate customers on product usage and best practices to foster adoption.
• Capture feedback from onboarding experiences and provide actionable insights to Product and R&D teams.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records including status, risks, and milestones within Salesforce.

What You Bring 💡

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, with a technical focus.
• Hands-on technical background in deployment, integrations, or post-sales technical roles.
• At least 2 years managing customer-facing teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven success in identifying risks and executing mitigation plans within customer journeys.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and customer engagement tools.
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and process orientation.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, Hebrew, or Spanish is a plus.
