Key Responsibilities ✨
- Client Communication and Follow-up
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process.
- Menu Confirmation and Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to confirm menu details, including item names, categories, prices, modifiers, options, and special instructions to ensure accuracy before launch.
- Restaurant Information Verification
- Gather, verify, and organize essential restaurant data such as operational hours, address, contact info, and delivery areas.
- Go-Live Scheduling and Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to confirm timelines and go-live dates, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure a smooth launch.
- Churn Prevention and Client Retention
- Identify at-risk clients, proactively follow up to understand blockers, and support recovery of stalled or lost accounts.
- Launch Support
- Assist during prep stages and support go-live, coordinating setup readiness and addressing questions or issues.
- Post-launch Follow-up
- Check in after go-live to ensure proper setup, provide support, and resolve initial issues.
- Onboarding Data Tracking
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress, issues, and follow-up activities for internal insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to relay client needs and resolve onboarding challenges.
- Process Documentation
- Keep accurate onboarding records and communication notes for internal transparency and smooth handoffs.

- Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with internal teams effectively
- Professional demeanor in handling client questions, timeline adjustments, and onboarding challenges
Nice to Have 🌟
- Fluency in Chinese and effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, account coordination, or client support
- Background in restaurant, hospitality, SaaS, Salesforce, or POS industries

- Relocation: Must relocate to New York before starting work
