Job Summary π
The Onboarding Coordinator manages registration and processing for all Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide (both Certified and entry-level applicants), and Personal Assistant candidates for the CDPAP program. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities π
- Register and process employment applications, collecting necessary documentation.
- Conduct interviews and review applicant qualifications.
- Assist and translate during document completion for HHA/PCA/PA applicants via phone and in-person, maintaining communication throughout onboarding.
- Verify compliance-related items such as certificates and references.
- Ensure proper upload of documentation into systems.
- Schedule and coordinate training and orientation classes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and report to management regularly.
- Assist with translation and documentation during classes and orientations.
- Follow organization standards, procedures, and conduct protocols.
- Support team supervisors and perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications β
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Understanding of the home health care industry a plus.
- Experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
