Job Summary πŸš€

The Onboarding Coordinator manages registration and processing for all Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide (both Certified and entry-level applicants), and Personal Assistant candidates for the CDPAP program. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities πŸ“

  • Register and process employment applications, collecting necessary documentation.
  • Conduct interviews and review applicant qualifications.
  • Assist and translate during document completion for HHA/PCA/PA applicants via phone and in-person, maintaining communication throughout onboarding.
  • Verify compliance-related items such as certificates and references.
  • Ensure proper upload of documentation into systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate training and orientation classes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report to management regularly.
  • Assist with translation and documentation during classes and orientations.
  • Follow organization standards, procedures, and conduct protocols.
  • Support team supervisors and perform additional tasks as needed.

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Understanding of the home health care industry a plus.
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
