personal touch home care is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Long Island City, Queens, NY. This full-time, in-person role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a trusted home care provider committed to excellence and community support.

Location & Schedule 🗺️

This position is based at our Long Island City, Queens location for the first three months, after which it will transition to our new office in Brooklyn, NY as part of our planned relocation.

Compensation 💰

Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00.

Job Summary 📋

The Onboarding Coordinator manages registration and processing for Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide (both Certified and Entry-level), and Personal Assistant applicants for CDPAP programs. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities ✅

• Register and process employment applications, collecting necessary documents.
• Interview prospective applicants, review qualifications, and manage communication throughout onboarding.
• Translate and assist with document completion via phone, in-person, and other methods.
• Verify compliance items such as certificates and references.
• Ensure proper upload of documentation into the system.
• Schedule and coordinate trainings and orientations.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and report regularly to management.
• Assist with translations and documentation during classes and orientations.
• Follow organizational procedures and maintain professional standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
