Thai Interpreter Opportunity

Language Services Associates is seeking qualified Thai interpreters in the Milwaukee, WI area. As part of LSA's network of independently contracted interpreters, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community across various environments, including medical, legal, and customer service settings. LSA continuously welcomes experienced interpreters for a variety of assignments!

Responsibilities 🌟

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining strict confidentiality standards
• Follow all policies, procedures, and interpreting protocols aligned with industry best practices
• Complete required training(s) and actively participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring

Qualifications & Experience ✅

• Full fluency in both English and Thai
• Knowledge of and ability to follow industry-standard best practices (professionalism, courtesy, protocol, confidentiality)
• Strong commitment to high-quality client service
• Access to personal or public transportation
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (preferred)
• Industry-specific certifications or training (e.g., CMI, CCHI) are a plus
