Position: Bilingual On-Site Specialist

General Purpose: The On-Site Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the client's On-Site program by exercising independent judgment in managing associates, ensuring job performance, and fostering strong employer-associate relationships. All employees uphold the company's mission, values, and provide superior customer service in every interaction.

Essential Functions

If you have experience in roles such as Restaurant Server, Administrative Assistant, Call Center, Bank Teller, or Customer Service Representative, you already possess valuable skills for this position:

• Develop strong relationships with the client’s management team.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs and recruit suitable temporary resources.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel, associates, and company teams both verbally and in writing.
• Regularly meet with client supervisors to evaluate associate performance and address concerns.
• Maintain intimate knowledge of client facilities, positions, and policies.
• Collaborate with branch, regional, and corporate teams to meet performance goals.
• Assist with identifying and assigning associates who meet client standards.
• Maintain contact with temporary associates to ensure readiness for assignments.
• Conduct new hire orientations covering policies and safety issues.
• Engage newly hired associates following best practices.
• Promptly respond to client and associate concerns, implementing solutions and documenting incidents.
• Walk the operational floor, engaging with staff, observing safety, and assessing productivity.
• Complete injury reports and support injured workers in following company procedures.
• Monitor turnover and develop strategies for retention.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for travel between sites.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
