Russian Interpreter

Language Services Associates is seeking skilled Russian interpreters in the Richmond, VA area. As a valued member of LSA's network of independently contracted interpreters, you will support language accessibility in medical, legal, and customer service environments. We are always accepting qualified interpreters for a variety of assignments! ✨

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict confidentiality
• Follow all policies and procedures, including interpretation protocols and industry best practices
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring

Qualifications & Experience

• Full fluency in English and Russian
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with industry best practices (professionalism, courtesy, protocol, confidentiality)
• Excellent client service skills
• Access to personal or public transportation
• At least 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (preferred)
• Industry-specific certifications/trainings (e.g., CMI, CCHI) (preferred)
