Language Services Associates (LSA) is expanding its network of Independently Contracted Interpreters to facilitate effective communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community across various settings such as medical, legal, and customer service. We are continuously seeking qualified interpreters to join us for a wide range of assignments!

📝 Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining strict standards of confidentiality.
• Follow all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry best practices.
• Complete training sessions and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring to ensure high standards.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

• Full fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with industry standard best practices—professionalism, courtesy, protocol, and confidentiality.
• A proven ability to deliver high-level client service.
• Access to personal or public transportation.
• At least 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (preferred).
• Industry-specific certifications or training (such as CMI, CCHI) are a plus.
