As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you'll play a vital role in bridging language barriers in medical, legal, and customer service environments. We’re continually accepting qualified interpreters for diverse assignments!

🔹 Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict confidentiality standards
• Follow all policies and procedures, including interpretation protocols and industry best practices
• Complete training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Full fluency in both English and Haitian Creole
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices such as professionalism, courtesy, protocol, and confidentiality
• Strong client service skills
• Access to personal or public transport
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (preferred)
• Industry-specific certifications/trainings like CMI, CCHI, etc. (preferred)
