Hindi Interpreter Opportunity

Language Services Associates is seeking skilled Hindi interpreters in the Tucson, AZ area. As part of our network of independently contracted interpreters, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community across various settings, including medical, legal, and customer service. We are continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of assignments!

Responsibilities 🤝

• Provide Superior Customer Service: Ensure clear and respectful communication between parties.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Follow the Code of Professional Conduct and uphold high standards of confidentiality.
• Follow Policies & Protocols: Adhere to all industry-specific best practices and interpretation protocols.
• Complete Training & Monitoring: Participate in training programs and ongoing quality assurance assessments.

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• Language Fluency: Full proficiency in both English and Hindi.
• Industry Standards: Familiarity with professional interpretation practices, including professionalism, courtesy, protocol, and confidentiality.
• Client Service: Ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Transportation: Access to personal or public transportation.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Certifications/Training: Industry-specific credentials such as CMI, CCHI, or equivalent preferred.
