Position Overview
We are seeking bilingual agents to handle data breach communications with consumers on an as-needed basis. This remote, temporary role depends on breach events, with candidates being contacted via email and text whenever required.
Work Hours: Shifts range between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

As a Data Breach Agent, your goal is to enhance the customer’s experience by providing exceptional solutions during a stressful situation. You will learn the latest customer service techniques and our account management systems to assist customers effectively.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious)
- Capable of multitasking, staying focused, and self-managing
- Strong team spirit and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
