Overview
Supporting a wide range of clients in multiple industries, Omni contracts with dedicated individuals to deliver outstanding customer care. As a contractor, you'll primarily handle inbound calls and possibly chat or email interactions, addressing customer needs with professionalism and empathy.
Work Schedule
- ⏰ Majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime
- 🗓️ Flexibility to create a work schedule that suits you within client operating hours
Potential Earnings & Revenue
- 💵 Contract earnings vary by client, ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
- 📞 Pay is influenced by your phone call status when assisting customers
- 🤑 Additional incentives based on performance metrics and client-specific bonuses
Required Skills for Successful Contractors
- 💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- ✅ Proven experience in customer service with a focus on delivering outstanding support

Technology & Equipment Requirements
- 💻 Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks not supported)
- ⚙️ Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- 🎧 Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- 💨 High-speed wired internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
- 🚫 Mobile hotspots and satellite internet are not accepted by clients
- 👾 Up-to-date antivirus software installed
- 🤳 Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for authentication
