Job Summary 📋
The Training Site Liaison is responsible for managing the daily operations of a remote training site, assisting with onboarding, training setup, and ensuring smooth communication between field and office teams.
Note: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Key Responsibilities ✅
- Assist visitors and applicants with inquiries, registration, and document collection.
- Manage and translate documents and applications for employment.
- Act as liaison between field employees and office teams in LIC.
- Set up and support classroom training sessions, including OBRA and orientation classes.
- Distribute PPE and office supplies as needed.
- Collect and forward compliance and related documents.
- Support Nurse Instructor with student sign-in/out and documentation.
- Handle call inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Translate and assist with document completion during trainings.
- Adhere to organizational procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications 📜
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Knowledge of the home health care market is a plus.
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
