Job Summary 📋

The Training Site Liaison is responsible for managing the daily operations of a remote training site, assisting with onboarding, training setup, and ensuring smooth communication between field and office teams.

Note: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Key Responsibilities ✅

  • Assist visitors and applicants with inquiries, registration, and document collection.
  • Manage and translate documents and applications for employment.
  • Act as liaison between field employees and office teams in LIC.
  • Set up and support classroom training sessions, including OBRA and orientation classes.
  • Distribute PPE and office supplies as needed.
  • Collect and forward compliance and related documents.
  • Support Nurse Instructor with student sign-in/out and documentation.
  • Handle call inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Translate and assist with document completion during trainings.
  • Adhere to organizational procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications 📜

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the home health care market is a plus.
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Compensation & Application 💖
