Office & Field - Customer Service Team Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/Chinese/Korean)

Location: Bayside, NY

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client care. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, visiting patients in their homes, and performing administrative tasks. Fluency in English/Spanish, English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Korean is required. 🇪🇸🇨🇳🇰🇷

Key Duties

• Travel to visit patients occasionally for home visits 🚗
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 📞💻💬
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions through effective communication 🗣️
• Outbound calling to follow up on inquiries and promote additional services 📞
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in our computerized system 📁
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience 🤝
• Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling 🛍️
• Ensure compliance with company policies while addressing customer concerns ✅

Requirements

• Ability to travel to visit patients as needed 🚗
• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred 💼
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written 🗣️✍️
• Efficient typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ⌨️
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) are a plus 🌍
• Experience in sales or outbound calling advantageous but not mandatory 💰
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn 💪
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team 🧩
