💼 Key Responsibilities

🖥️ Company Assets, Contracts & IT Operations

  • Manage company assets such as vehicles, mobile phones, and IT equipment
  • Oversee vendor contracts, including leasing, telecom, and IT services
  • Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and device provisioning
  • Coordinate IT operations with Japan headquarters

👥 HR Operations & Systems

  • Act as liaison with HR platform (TriNet)
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee updates
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR records
  • Coordinate with HR vendors and external partners

🛡️ Internal Processes & Governance

  • Maintain and improve internal workflows and policies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Document and standardize processes to enhance efficiency

📊 Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide operational support to the President / CEO
  • Manage office operations, vendors, and facilities
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and company initiatives

✅ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, operations, HR support, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with HR operations within a U.S. company
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese
  • Experience with HR systems such as TriNet or similar HRIS
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High professionalism in handling confidential information

💼 Employment Details & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000–$55,000 (DOE)
  • Temporary Period: First 3 months at $23–$27/hour
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (includes 30-minute lunch break)
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
  • Employment Type: Full-time (initially as contract with potential for direct hire)
