Internal Medicine - How Lane

Position: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Internal Medicine

As a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine, you will:

• Assess and provide comprehensive care for patients under the supervision of a collaborating physician.
• Document all care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Deliver educational activities to promote quality patient care.
• Note: Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is strongly preferred due to the demographic (85-90% Spanish-speaking patients).

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• Active Advanced Practice Nursing licensure in New Jersey.
• CDS and DEA certifications are required.
• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Two (2) years of experience in the specialty area is strongly preferred.
• BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association is required.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Salary Range: $112,923.00 – $180,627.00 USD

We offer competitive base salaries, determined by experience, internal equity, and industry data. Some positions may also qualify for:

• Clinical certification pay
• Shift differentials

The listed salary range reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
