We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care to adult and elderly patients. • Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and adult/geriatric care
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and follow-ups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and review labs and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care
• Accurately document encounters and treatment plans
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York (Adult, Geriatric, or Primary Care)
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• 1+ year of outpatient or primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Availability Monday-Friday (full-time schedule)
