About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic RN to contribute to our busy team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in patient care, surgical assistance, and excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for our patients before, during, and after procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during facial plastic procedures and surgeries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, educating patients on recovery protocols and offering emotional support.
• Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patients during recovery, providing assistance and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain organized, accurate patient records, including pre- and post-operation documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the doctor to coordinate patient care and address immediate needs.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in surgical or aesthetic practice, with familiarity assisting in facial plastic procedures preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the medical team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
