Position Details

🕒 Hours: Primarily evenings, nights, and weekends, with shifts varying based on project needs and client requirements.

What You'll Do 🧹

• Clean & disinfect all surfaces and designated areas (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping)
• Maintain bathrooms: Disinfect, replenish supplies, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep floors
• Empty trash and recyclables
• Operate tools & chemicals: Use hand tools, motorized equipment, and cleaning liquids effectively and safely
• Secure premises: Ensure lights are off/on, and doors are locked upon leaving an area
• Organize supplies: Keep cabinets tidy and stocked with necessary products
• Safety precautions: Use safety signs when working on wet floors or in bathrooms
• Inspect & report: Oversee night shift areas, report issues to supervisors
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers

Requirements 📋

• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Previous experience as a Lead cleaner (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (optional but preferred)
• Fast-paced environment: capable of multitasking efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to the worksite

Work Environment & Physical Demands 🚶‍♂️💪

• Must meet physical requirements for the role
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and cleaning chemicals
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle medium strength tasks
