Location
We’re looking for a New Partner Experience Advisor to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link for our Italian partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success. 🇮🇹
What You'll Be Doing
You will join the New Partner Experience (NPX) team. Working cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers, you’ll ensure our newest partners have a seamless journey, helping them navigate our systems and maximize their growth from day one.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Lead Partner Success: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed Italian restaurants, ensuring they meet key operational metrics and KPIs during their critical first 60 days.
- Consult on Growth: Educate partners on making their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume.
- Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class.
- Build Lasting Trust: Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, fostering engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to daily targets and quality standards, maintaining meticulous records in our systems to ensure compliance and task completion.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Essential
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent/native in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong Communication: Excellent phone presence, confident in outbound calls, with empathetic listening skills.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work towards demanding targets while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges proactively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in account management, sales, or high-level customer service.
- Background working in fast-paced startups or technology environments.

The Details
- Salary: €27,700 base + up to €6,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
- Start Date: 8th June 2026
- Working Pattern: Hybrid working offered after successful probation completion
