Join Our Team as a Bilingual Network Operations Engineer! 🌐
We are looking for dedicated On-Site Network Operations Engineers fluent in Korean to manage enterprise networks across various U.S. locations. This full-time position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to maintain and secure vital network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities 📋
- Monitor network systems and infrastructure
- Operate and maintain network equipment and circuits
- Handle Customer Service Requests (CSR)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages
- Perform equipment operation and configuration tasks
- Prepare operational and incident reports
- Support on-site network operations and maintenance activities
Open Positions & Locations 🗺️
1. Arizona (AZ) – 1 Position
- Experience Level: 10+ years (Senior-level acceptable)
- Requirements:
- Hands-on experience operating Juniper network equipment
- L3 Switches: QFX5120-48Y-AFO-T, QFX5110-48S-AFO-T2
- L2 Switches: EX4100-24T-TAA
- Experience with Aruba WLAN solutions
- Experience operating Fortigate firewalls
2. Georgia – Savannah (GA) – 1 Position
- Experience Level: Up to 10 years (Senior engineer already on-site)
- Requirements:
- Experience operating Cisco network equipment
- Experience with Aruba WLAN
- Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls
3. Ohio – LH Battery Site – 1 Position
- Experience Level: Senior engineer already on-site
- Requirements:
- Experience operating Cisco network equipment
- Experience operating Extreme Networks wireless equipment
- Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls
Qualifications & Additional Details 🎯
- Must be fluent in Korean
- Ability to work on-site at assigned locations
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in an operational support environment
