• Location: On-site across multiple U.S. locations including Ohio – LH Battery Site

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated On-Site Network Operations Engineers to support enterprise network infrastructure. You will be responsible for daily network operations, monitoring, incident handling, and coordinating with senior engineers to ensure network stability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Monitor network systems and infrastructure
• ⚙️ Operate and maintain network equipment and circuits
• 📞 Handle Customer Service Requests (CSR)
• 🛠 Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages
• 🔧 Perform equipment operation and configuration tasks
• 📝 Prepare operational and incident reports
• 🏢 Support on-site network operations and maintenance activities

Experience & Requirements

• Experience Level: 10+ years (Senior-level acceptable)
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience operating Juniper network equipment
  • L3 Switches: QFX 5120-48Y-AFO-T, QFX 5110-48S-AFO-T2
  • L2 Switches: EX4100-24T-TAA
  • Experience operating Aruba Wireless LAN solutions
  • Experience operating Cisco network equipment
  • Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls
  • Experience operating Extreme Networks wireless equipment
• Location: Ohio – LH Battery Site (1 position)
• Language: Must be fluent in Korean
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an operational support environment
