We are looking for a skilled Japanese-speaking Network Engineer (L2/L3) to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure, collaborating closely with Japanese stakeholders in a dynamic environment. 🌐

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 network support for incident and outage management
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity issues effectively
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Perform incident management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and escalation
• Monitor network performance to ensure high availability
• Collaborate with Japanese clients and teams for prompt issue resolution

🛠️ Required Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years (L2) / 5+ years (L3)
• Network Knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Hands-on experience with: Cisco / Juniper devices
• Firewall & VPN: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint
• Language: Japanese Level JLPT N2/N1 (Mandatory)
• Work Location: Willing to work onsite in designated India locations

✨ Nice to Have

• CCNA / CCNP certifications
• Cloud networking experience (AWS / Azure)
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
