We are on the lookout for a talented Server Engineer to strengthen our IT infrastructure team and support mission-critical network operations.

Position Overview

The Network Engineer will be essential in managing and supervising network cabling, installation, and infrastructure projects to achieve operational excellence and ensure safety compliance. This role demands strong technical expertise in UTP and fiber optic (FO) cabling, project coordination, and hands-on experience with multi-vendor teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• 🔧 Manage and oversee the installation of UTP and FO cabling in manufacturing and industrial settings.
• 🔒 Ensure all network installations and electrical work adhere to OSHA safety standards and internal policies.
• 🤝 Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and partners related to cabling, electrical, and fiber installation activities.
• 🛠️ Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, including PCI (wall/ceiling drilling), BMC (concrete drilling), Lighthouse, AES, and United Electric.
• 🌅 Participate in early morning or evening meetings to support project timelines and coordination.
• 💡 Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently using your network engineering expertise.
• 📅 Manage installation schedules, materials, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and meet standards.
• 📝 Maintain thorough project documentation and communicate progress with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• ⏳ 5+ years of experience in cable construction or network installation projects.
• 🔌 Extensive knowledge of UTP and fiber optic (FO) cabling systems and standards.
• 🛡️ Up-to-date understanding of OSHA policies and safety requirements.
• 🤝 Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate large-scale projects.
• 🧩 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• 🏭 Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment (a plus).
• 🚗 Availability for occasional travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
• ⏰ Flexibility to work overtime, attend off-schedule meetings, and be on-call during weekends as needed.
• 🇰🇷🇺🇸 Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
