What We're Looking For

We need a dependable Polish proofreader whom we can contact as needed. This isn't a full-time position — typically a few texts per week or month, aligned with our content calendar.

Important: Our content is intentionally casual, emotional, and conversational — akin to talking with a friend. We’re not seeking perfection in grammar but rather someone who can assess if the tone and energy carry over well in Polish.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure natural reading flow: Make sure our Polish texts sound authentic and convey the right emotion and tone.
• Identify real issues: Spot unclear sentences, genuine errors, or anything that sounds off.
• Provide feedback on tone consistency: Let us know when a text doesn't feel the same in Polish as it does in English.
• Maintain quick turnaround: Since most texts are short, we expect feedback within 24 hours.
