About The Role 📝

We are hiring a Multimedia Production Coordinator to support large-scale federal programs centered on early childhood education and family engagement. This role involves project coordination, content development, bilingual communication, and platform management to ensure content accessibility, accuracy, and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities include overseeing content creation, editing, translation (English–Spanish), community engagement, and maintaining online platforms that foster collaboration among program partners nationwide. This full-time position depends on contract award, with an initial one-year performance period and two possible one-year extensions.

Compensation 💰

The salary range is $100,000 – $115,000. Typically, offers are near the midpoint of this range. We consider your experience and skills to ensure fair and transparent compensation decisions, upholding our commitment to internal equity.

Responsibilities 🌟

  • Oversee daily content development across web, mobile, and multimedia platforms.
  • Provide expertise in early childhood education communications to guide strategy.
  • Create, edit, translate (English–Spanish), and publish high-quality content ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Manage work assignments, providing training and feedback to staff and subcontractors.
  • Maintain online communities to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure communications meet editorial, brand, and accessibility standards.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Utilize data to refine communication strategies and boost user engagement.
  • Collaborate with federal clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Identify workflow improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Guide and review deliverables for quality and consistency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and qualified.

Qualifications 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in content development or project coordination, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing digital and multimedia content workflows under deadlines.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with strong translation skills.
  • Knowledge of editorial practices, digital communications, and knowledge management tools.
  • Proven ability to juggle priorities, mentor teams, and optimize processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience ⭐

  • Experience supporting federal education or health initiatives.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems, HTML, and digital publishing tools.
  • Expertise in early childhood education or community-based program communications.
  • Knowledge of analytics and engagement measurement strategies.
