📝 What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and refine: AI-generated capabilities in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the language specialist for our Mandarin and Cantonese patient engagement products. Provide translations and feedback to our product team.
• Track & Report: Use digital tools to monitor and report on product quality with high accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Trilingual: Fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and AI tools.
• Experience: Background in Healthcare or Customer Service is a plus.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Equipment: Access to a private computer, workspace, and reliable, high-speed internet connection.

🕒 Details

• Type: Part-time Subcontractor (1099)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2-4 hours per day (10-20 hrs/week)
• Location: Fully Remote — residing in the U.S. and authorized to work is required.
