Vision Plus, a dynamic French video production agency collaborating with over 70 brands—including McDonald's, Maison de la Literie, Carrefour, and local businesses—is seeking a skilled motion designer to bring our agency presentation video to life. If you excel in after-effects magic and have a passion for storytelling through motion, we want to hear from you!

Project Overview

We have a fully prepared brief, a recorded voice-over, and organized brand assets. Your focus will be solely on crafting engaging motion design for multiple deliverables.

What We Need — 4 Deliverables from One Master

• Master Video: 60 seconds, 1920×1080 (horizontal), with voice-over
• Short Cut: 20 seconds, 1920×1080, with voice-over & SFX
• Silent Cut: 20 seconds, 1920×1080, fully understandable without sound (text-driven motion)
• Vertical Short: 9:16, derived from the master for Reels / TikTok / Shorts

Note: The three derivative versions reuse animations from the master. You animate once, then adapt accordingly—no tracing from scratch for each version.

What’s Provided

• Detailed Storyboard: Shot-by-shot intentions (7 plans)
• Final French Script
• Voice-over: Professionally recorded
• Brand Guidelines: Logo, palette, typography, isotype, patterns
• Visual Assets: Organised folders with SVG logos, b-roll videos, graphic elements
• Visual Style: Minimal, editorial, premium (references provided)

Who We're Looking For 🔍

• Strong Motion Design Portfolio: Show editorial and brand work, not just kinetic typography demos
• Mastery of After Effects: Cinema 4D skills appreciated for 3D moments
• Rhythm & Pacing: Ability to sync motion with voice-over—French language proficiency is essential
• French Language Skills: B2 minimum—communication and feedback will be in French
• Reliable & Clear Communicator: Respects briefs, delivers clean project files

Budget & Timeline 💰⏱️

• Fixed Price: 500 EUR
• Deliverables: Mastered MP4 (H.264), ProRes archive, project files
• Revisions: 1 round after each milestone (moodboard, animatic, final)
• Timeline: Flexible; estimated 2-3 weeks depending on your schedule
