Your Impact
- Guide Clients: Assist clients through the homebuying or refinancing process, ensuring a transparent and professional experience.
- Close Deals: Convert leads into funded contracts, with a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
- Exceed Goals: Consistently surpass monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Manage Pipeline: Follow up with clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and generate new business via networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Community Engagement: Host and attend outreach events and seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing at mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
- Build Relationships: Connect with referral partners such as real estate agents and community leaders.
- Ensure Accuracy: Collect and review all loan documentation for completeness and correctness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
- Deep connection with local Muslim-American communities and mosques
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Urdu or Arabic (preferred)
- Effective communication skills via phone, email, and in person
