Your Impact
- Guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
- Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, with a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
- Exceed sales goals by maintaining unwavering dedication to monthly home financing targets.
- Manage an active pipeline through follow-ups, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business via networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Host and attend outreach events and seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant financing at mosques, community organizations, and gatherings.
- Build relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents and community leaders.
- Collect and review loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value clearly
- Detail-oriented with the skill to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
- Connection with local Muslim-American communities and mosques (required)
- Bilingual skills in English & Urdu or Arabic (preferred)
- Effective communication via telephone, email, and in person

Additional Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
- Language Skills: Preferred in Urdu, Arabic, Bengali, Turkish, or Farsi
- Location: In person in Raleigh, NC 27695 (must be able to relocate before starting)
