About the Role
You will provide remote technical support to partners and customers from our Miami offices, utilizing various communication methods such as email, phone, and remote sessions. This vital position ensures our clients stay protected and supported around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for customers and partners through inbound calls, our ticketing system, and email communication
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues, escalating as needed
- Processing monitoring alerts according to established protocols
- Managing workload under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Sharing timely updates with customer-facing teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Working flexible shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time commitment with 5 shifts per week
Salary
Annual salary ranges from $38,000–$42,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent — mandatory
- Fluent in Hebrew with strong verbal communication skills — mandatory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in a tech support or customer service role — a plus
- Basic knowledge of hardware & software platforms
- Quick learner and detail-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Currently studying for a technical bachelor’s degree — a plus
- Prior experience in technical support or helpdesk roles — a plus
- Experience with tech support web tools such as Jira Service Desk — a plus
