Seeking a highly skilled bilingual mobile software tester to join our team and ensure top-quality wireless products through comprehensive testing and troubleshooting.

Work Schedule 🗓️

Fully onsite: 4 out of 5 days in a car traveling to test sites

Education & Experience 🎓

• Bachelor's Degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related fields
• Over 5 years of professional experience in the field

Top Skills 🔑

• Hands-on experience with field test tools such as QXDM, QCAT, TEMS, Nemo or similar
• Strong telecom knowledge and device testing expertise

Duties & Responsibilities 🛠️

• Execute QA field interoperability test plans (FIT) testing
• Test and troubleshoot hardware, software, and embedded software used in wireless voice and data networking
• Perform sanity, stability, functionality, stress, and feature testing on diverse devices
• Conduct lab tests and evaluate new wireless products and accessories, verifying product features via customer application simulations
• Prepare test data and write detailed engineering reports to ensure product compliance with requirements and test plans
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Design, code, and maintain test scripts using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Proficiency in AI/ML platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Azure AI Studio

Requirements ✅

• 3-5 years of technical or telecommunications engineering experience
• Experience with CDMA, EVDO, LTE, 5G NR is a plus
• Prior experience with Qualcomm tools such as QXDM, QCAT, and QPST
• Experience with post-processing tools like WindCatcher, Actix, or XCAL/XCAP-M
• Cell phone testing background is preferred
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Mac, Linux
• Experience with Spirent/Metrico tools such as NOMAD, MUSE, and Datum is a bonus
• Experience running FIT test plans for Verizon, US Cellular, or other US NMO's is advantageous
