Open Position: Mobile Network Test Engineer (Korean Bilingual) 🎧

Position Overview

The role involves solving complex application, system administration, or network issues, testing cutting-edge mobile phones, and performing systems management and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities ⚙️

• Verify network and software stability and portability.
• Prepare technical reports to communicate project details.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems.
• Conduct lab testing based on 3GPP standards across cellular technologies (GSM, LTE, WCDMA, etc.).
• Research, test, and verify software patches.
• Diagnose issues, review logs, and draft professional reports in collaboration with design and QA teams.
• Other duties as assigned with up to 15% travel required.

Educational & Technical Skills 🎓

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems and Android devices.
• Experience with LTE, HSPA+, WCDMA, GSM, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in log analysis tools such as QxDM, QPST, XCAL, XCAP, and protocols like TCP/UDP.
• Strong MS Office skills for report creation.
• Understanding of wireless technologies, network configurations, and software architecture.
• Experience in troubleshooting and analyzing lab data from UMTS/GSM, LTE data calls, and metrics testing is a plus.
