🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between parties speaking different languages, ensuring message accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret live conversations, such as emergency calls from 911, accurately conveying messages between callers and responders.
• Translate messages into the caller's preferred language, ensuring mutual understanding.
• Maintain a quiet and secure home office environment for optimal performance.
• Handle calls across various sectors including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Law Enforcement, and General Business.

🌟 Employment Details

• Period of Employment: 12 months contract, renewable
• Work Location: Remote – suitable for most locations within Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia

⏰ Working Hours

• 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, based on assigned shift
• Night shifts, starting from 8 pm to 12 am, rotating every 3 months

💰 Salary & Benefits

Rate: RM30 per hour (minimum RM30 x 160 hours = RM4,800 per month)

• Additional benefits include Socso, EPF, and overtime pay
