Key Duties & Responsibilities 🎯

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mobile products and accessories.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various mobile devices, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Assist with merchandising and stocking of mobile devices, accessories, and related products on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers over the phone.
• Support upselling efforts by highlighting product features and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Supervise or assist in training new team members on POS systems, customer service protocols, and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements 📋

• Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within a grocery store or electronics environment.
• Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer needs.
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math.
• Demonstrated supervision or leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with mobile technology products, accessories, and sales techniques such as upselling.
• Basic math skills for retail transactions and stock management tasks.
