💼 Job Overview
As a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, you will be a vital part of the Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Your role is to foster active customer engagement, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. With a passion for the connected world, you thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technological innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience.
Excel at building meaningful relationships with customers by identifying their needs and educating them on solutions. You will work towards exceeding performance targets by providing exceptional experiences, sales excellence, and meeting quality metrics.
🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers in busy retail settings, using digital tools and effective communication to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, demonstrating the value of T-Mobile products and encouraging app utilization for wireless needs.
- Complete training continuously on new products, systems, and store procedures. Review personal results, current promotions, and updates to stay customer-ready.
- Collaborate with nearby stores for seamless customer onboarding and store operations, including opening/closing procedures and securing assets.
- Be customer obsessed! Connect at a personal level, build rapport, and foster trust and loyalty. Reach out proactively, follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
- Build relationships with leadership and teams to support customers from account setup to device support and servicing.
📝 Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail (Required)
🔑 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate, balancing customer experience with performance goals. (Required)
- Team Building: Willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders, sharing best practices. (Required)
- Retail Sales: Driven and confident to succeed in a fast-paced environment. (Required)

💰 Compensation
Starting hourly pay is $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. During the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year — with actual incentives based on performance and full-time status.
All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Additionally, every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant because we’re all owners!
